The Quest Engine advances quests from observed city signals. It watches work the city already performs rather than adding a separate chore loop.
Triggers and outcomes
Goods, building, skill, choice, stockpile, deposit, anniversary, and garrison events can advance matching objectives. Completed quests emit compact records and can feed rewards, achievements, or Chronicle entries.
Related buildings, resources, and achievements include production chains, zone categories, civic skills, stockpiles, deposits, anniversaries, garrison call-ups, and completion achievements.
Accessibility and screenshots
Screenshots are relevant for progress and completion states. Progress changes must be presented as text and not only through animation, sound, or colour.
