Overview
The Granary is an infrastructure building of the Stone Age that holds the city together: it provides the services, storage, defence, or power that let everything around it run.
As a Infrastructure structure, the Granary belongs to the infrastructure side of the city. Available from the Stone Age — one of the city's earliest works.
Gameplay
Build cost. Raising the Granary costs 45 Wood and 20 Stone. Plan the spend against your current stockpiles before you commit the plot.
Footprint. It occupies a 2x1 plot, so leave room on the map before you place it.
Height. The Granary is a single-floor building, which keeps its layout simple but makes the surrounding road and service network carry more of the planning weight.
Output. Once built it produces 0.4 Happiness each turn, feeding Happiness into your economy.
Upkeep. It draws 0.1 Food in upkeep every turn whether or not it is producing, so weigh the running cost against the benefit.
Stockpile. The Granary adds buffer capacity to the city — it can hold 180 Food, 120 Wood, and 90 Stone. That headroom smooths supply across the road network so a surplus in one turn is not wasted and a shortfall is cushioned.

Interior & support
Use the Power Control Room support view for the Granary. Its interior support is a control-room style station: operators watch capacity, coverage, and network pressure so the building's service role stays understandable.
