Gameplay purpose

_The Stone Age is one age in the city's progression. Each era unlocks a fresh
roster of buildings, raises the kinds of resources the city can work with,
and reshapes what the zones can hold. Reaching the Stone Age marks a step up in
the city's capability and changes which interactions are available._

Related buildings and interactions

_Buildings introduced in the Stone Age appear on its building list;
each links back here through its Era infobox field. The interactions
and mini-games these buildings host are catalogued on the
interaction list. Mention a building or
interaction by name in this section and it auto-links to its own page._

Progression context

_The Stone Age follows the era before it and leads into the next. Use the
Era order infobox field to see where it sits in the timeline. The
resources and zones a player carries forward into the Stone Age shape which
buildings are worth placing first._
