Undo
Placed something in the wrong spot? For a few seconds after you place, build a road, move or upgrade, Undo takes it back and refunds what it cost.
How it works
Every confirmed action leaves a small pill above the toolbar, such as House placed, 6 tiles of road or Well upgrade, with an Undo button and a ring that runs down while you can still use it. Tap Undo to take the action back and get its cost refunded. Only the last action can be undone, and only for those few seconds.
What it can take back
- A building you placed (and its price).
- A road you built.
- A building you moved, back to its old spot and facing.
- An upgrade you paid for.
If something else has happened in the meantime, Undo removes just your action and keeps everything else that went on, such as resources produced.
When it can't
Undo says so when it can't: a moved building's old spot has been taken, the building is gone, or a goal reward that the action earned has already been spent. Undoing the action that completed a goal reopens that goal and takes its reward back, so placing and undoing can't farm rewards.
