Event Modern Age
A House Without a Door
A family moved into a new home and has stood in the kitchen ever since: nobody built them a door. A small green diamond hovers over their roof, looking more worried by the hour.
This event can occur from the Modern Age through The Beyond.
An affectionate nod
This is one of Erapolis's homage events: a fond wink at the city builders and strategy games that came before it, told with Erapolis's own characters and words. Like every homage event, it is optional flavour: one of its choices always costs nothing, and none of them stands in the way of your city.
Making the choice
Events arrive as a card over your city. Pick one of its choices; a choice that needs resources you don't have is greyed out. A building left in ruins does nothing until you tap it and choose Repair, which costs part of its price.
