Event Modern Age

The Bus That Never Arrives

A brand-new bus has been circling the same roundabout since Tuesday. The driver insists the route is perfect. The passengers have started a book club.

This event can occur from the Modern Age through The Beyond.

An affectionate nod

This is one of Erapolis's homage events: a fond wink at the city builders and strategy games that came before it, told with Erapolis's own characters and words. Like every homage event, it is optional flavour: one of its choices always costs nothing, and none of them stands in the way of your city.

Making the choice

Events arrive as a card over your city. Pick one of its choices; a choice that needs resources you don't have is greyed out. A building left in ruins does nothing until you tap it and choose Repair, which costs part of its price.
